The new film of SmallPlanet, Chained (AGORÁ II) (110 & 90 min), in co-production with WDR and with the collaboration of ARTE, has been completed after five years of production. After AGORÁ – From Democracy to the Market, which created quite a stir and was internationally awarded, Yorgos Avgeropoulos returns with his second film on the Greek crisis. It is a profoundly human film, which  drawing on elements of political thriller, composes the cinematographic mosaic of a modern Greek tragedy, posing critical questions regarding the future of Greece, as well as Europe’s. Chained (AGORÁ II) will be released in Greece in the beginning of 2020 and it will be broadcast by the television networks WDR (Germany) and ARTE (Germany/France) in the spring of 2020.
